Refund & Cancellation Policy – XENORA

XENORA provides digital subscriptions and paid features. Refunds depend on the platform/payment provider policies and the type of purchase.
1) Google Play Purchases
- If you purchased through Google Play, refunds are generally handled by Google under their policies.
- Please request a refund through Google Play order history (if eligible).
2) Non-Delivery / Not Activated
If payment succeeded but subscription/benefits did not activate within 24 hours, contact us with:
transaction ID, purchase date/time, and your XENORA UID/email. We will verify and help.
3) Cancellation
- You can cancel auto-renew subscriptions from Google Play Subscriptions settings.
- After cancellation, access remains until the end of the current paid period.
4) Ineligible Refund Cases
- Benefits already delivered/used extensively (digital nature).
- Account actions due to fraud/anti-cheat violations.
- Refund request without valid proof/transaction details.
