This Privacy Policy explains how XENORA (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application and related services.
XENORA is a Mining Game / Casual Game / Task-type reward app that may show ads and provide in-app rewards.
1) Information We Collect
- Account & Identity (Authentication): When you sign in using Firebase Authentication providers (Email/Password, Google, Facebook, Twitter/X, Apple), we may receive your name, email, profile photo, and a provider user ID. We also generate/maintain an internal UID for app features.
- Game & Reward Data: reward history, milestones, XP/coins/money progress, claims, timestamps, referral status, eligibility flags.
- Usage & Diagnostics: app events, feature usage, session duration, crash logs, error traces, performance signals.
- Device & Network: device model, OS version, app version, language, IP address, network type.
- Advertising Identifiers: advertising ID and ad interaction data used for ad delivery, frequency control, measurement, and fraud prevention (depending on your device settings and ad network capabilities).
- Support Communications: messages you send to us (email), including attachments/screenshots you choose to provide.
We do not sell your personal information.
2) How We Use Information
- To provide login, core gameplay, tasks, rewards, and subscription features.
- To maintain user accounts, sync progress, and display leaderboards (if enabled).
- To prevent fraud and abuse (anti-cheat signals, suspicious activity detection, invalid traffic protection).
- To show ads and measure ad performance/attribution (AdMob, Unity, Facebook Ads, Start.io).
- To improve app stability, performance, and user experience.
- To provide customer support and respond to requests.
3) Ads & Third-Party Services
XENORA uses third-party services such as Firebase and ad networks. These providers may collect data under their own policies.
We recommend reviewing their policies as well.

4) When We Share Information
- Service Providers: We share limited data with vendors that help operate the app (hosting, analytics, ads, payments).
- Legal & Safety: If required by law, or to protect rights, users, and platform integrity.
- Fraud Prevention: To detect and block invalid traffic, cheating, or abuse.
5) Payments & Subscriptions
If you purchase subscriptions or paid features, payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers (including Google Play Billing if used).
We may store subscription status, purchase tokens/receipts (where applicable), and entitlement records to provide service.
6) Data Retention
We retain data only as needed for legitimate purposes (account operation, rewards history, fraud prevention, legal compliance).
Retention periods may vary by data type and legal requirements.
7) Your Choices & Rights

- You can limit personalized ads via Android settings (Google settings / Ads).
- You can uninstall the app at any time (local data may remain in backups depending on device settings).
8) Children’s Privacy
XENORA is not intended for children under 13. If we learn a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it.

9) Security
We use reasonable security measures (server validation, signatures, access controls). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10) Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
