• In rare cases, activation may take up to 24 hours due to server or network delays.
• If benefits are not activated within 24 hours, contact support with transaction proof.

• If a payment fails, no benefits will be granted.
• If you are charged more than once, contact us with valid transaction details.
• Duplicate or suspicious payments may be temporarily held for verification.

• XENORA is a mining/casual/task-based app.
• Paid features do not guarantee earnings or fixed income.
• Rewards depend on ad availability, eligibility, anti-fraud systems, and app rules.

• Chargebacks or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.
• Any paid benefits may be revoked in case of policy violations.
• Attempting to abuse payment systems can lead to permanent ban.
